略论素质教育与语文教学管理

Quality Education and Chinese Language Teaching Management

素质教育是 2 1世纪一项紧迫的教育国策 ,每门学科都与之有关系和责任 ,而语文学科从学科的性质、内容和教学目标等方面更表现了与素质教育的特殊关系 ,因此 ,必须改变盲目的、偏狭的、非科学的语文教学管理 ,而施之以对应素质教育的科学的整体管理、目标管理、个性管理。

Quality education is an urgent education policy of the 21st century and each subject is involved and has responsibility .Moreover, Chinese language represents the special relationship to quality education in subject ,nature ,content and teaching goal, so we have to change the Chinese teaching management which used to be blind ,extreme ,nonscience and implement entire ,target ,individuality ,process and static management instead which are related to quality education .
