As an important part of the socialist moral,social administrative moral also should inherit,absorb and draw lessons from all advanced moral achievements that different countries and people have created in various times.On the basis of that,we should construct new socialist administrative moral that combines new times characteristics and times spirits,accords with the demands of times,is suited to reforming and opening situation and meets the needs of socialist modernization construction
