摘要
近 1 0年来 ,大学英语公共课的语法教学经历了由冷淡到复苏的过程。语言学理论的发展使人们对语言的本质有了更科学的认识 ,如何面对交际能力培养与语法能力培养的统一 ,语法教学应包含哪些内容 ,语法习得和学习有何关系以及大学英语语法教学存在教学方式线性单一 。
Grammar teaching has experienced a resurrection with the development of public English course for college students in recent years.Along with the development of linguistic theories,people are having a better understanding of the nature of language, which in turn sheds light on English teaching methods: How can we unite the cultivation of communication competence and grammar competence?How can we define the grammmar for teaching? What's the relationship between the grammar learning and acquisition?Moreover,the article intends to deal with problems existing in college English grammar teaching, such as linear model of grammar items and the need for grammar-Input contextualizaion and in particular,to suggest a number of approaches to the teaching of grammar in language classrooms.
