Traditionally people used to consider international trade and FDI as different economic phenomenon and study separately. But along with the economic globalization in widening range, the relationship between them is strengthened ,demonstrating the character of mutual improvement and mutual supplementary .In trend of development ,the relationship between international trade and FDI will be further strengthened and will be not segmented in the background of the economic globalization.
