从苏联解体看“三个代表”思想的重要意义

The significance of "Three Representatives" from the perspective of the dissolution of USSR

苏共不能代表先进生产力的发展要求 ,致使苏联经济停滞 ;不能代表先进文化的前进方向 ,实行文化专制主义 ;不能代表最广大人民的根本利益 ,严重脱离群众 ,失信于民 ,是导致苏共败亡、苏联解体的根本性原因。而“三个代表”正是这些经验教训的结晶 ,这些经验教训对于中国共产党的建设无疑具有重要的警示意义。因此 ,按照“三个代表”要求不断加强和改进党的建设才能使党始终走在时代的前列 ,经受住各种风险和困难的考验 ,始终成为全国人民的主心骨和建设有中国特色社会主义事业的坚强的领导核心。

The USSR Communist Party failed to represent the developmental requirements of advanced productive forces and henceforth brought about the stagnation of the USSR economy. It also failed to represent the direction of advanced culture and practiced cultural autocracy. Finally it failed to represent the fundamental interests of the public and lost contact with the masses. This is the most fundamental reason to the dissolution of the USSR and the disintegration of the party. 'Three Representatives' ideology is the quintessence of the above lessons, from which Chinese Communist Party can learn lots in its own constructive process. Consequently it is essential for the Chinese Communist Party to continuously strengthen and improve itself under the guidance of the 'Three Representatives' so that it can maintain its leading rode in the age, stand by the least of all kinds of possible hazards and difficulties, and be the constant backbone of the Chinese people and the firm leading core of the Chinese socialism construction.
