摘要
组织内部的监管博弈面临在严格监管与宽松监管条件下,组织目标与组织活力相冲突的困境。提高组织成员组织化程度,用组织文化促进成员自我管理是最优结果。在难以达到最优情况下,严格监管一些重点对象是一个次优选择。
There is a game between the supervisor and the supervisee in an organization. Supervising strictly can help the organization to realize the object, but maybe oppress the innovative. However, if supervision is loose, the member of the organization maybe breaks the rule. This article analyses this dilemma through establishing a teacher - student game, and draw a conclusion that supervisor should systematize the members by organization culture. If it is difficult, the supervisor should supervise the key member at least.
