Deepen the Understanding of Social Law

与自然规律不同 ,社会规律是人们自己的社会行动的规律 ,是一个在人的活动中不断生成的过程 ,它的孕育、形成、展开、实现和失效都与人的活动密切相关 ;社会规律是人的实践活动的产物 ,没有人和人类社会也就无所谓社会规律 ,在这个意义上 ,可以说“社会规律既可以创造也可以消灭”。对社会规律 ,不仅要从客观性方面去理解 ,而且要从主体方面来理解。社会历史规律可以区分为一般规律和特殊规律 ,一般规律寓于特殊规律之中 ;社会规律是历史性的规律 。

Unlike natural law,social law is the law of the activities of human being,and it is a process of unceasing generation in the activities of human being.Social law's formation,development and losing efficacy are linked with the activities of human being.In this sense, we can say that social law can be produced and eliminated.We should understand social law from the standpoint of objectivity and subjectivity.Social law is historical law,and we should not make it abstract.
