发展经济学二元结构理论与我国城市化的困境

On Dualistic Structure Theory of Developmental Economics and Difficulties of Urbanization in Our Country

本文结合我国城市化的实践 ,分析了发展经济学二元结构理论有关城市化的思想及其局限性。认为中国城市化严重滞后于工业化 ,极大地制约了市场容量的扩大和整个经济社会的发展。加速城市化进程是改变中国城乡二元结构的客观要求 ,也是实现工业化与城市化协调发展的必然选择。今后几十年内 ,是中国城市化能否取得决定性进展的关键时期。中国实现城市化应当选择一条具有本国特色的城市化道路。

Based on the practice of urbanization in our country, this paper analyses the ideology and its limits of dualistic structure theory of developmental economics concerned with urbanization. It believes the Chinese urbanization seriously lagging behind industrialization greatly restrains the enlargement of the market content and the development of the whole economic society. To speed up the process of urbanization is not only the objective requirement of the dualistic structure of Chinese city and countryside but also the inevitable choice of the cordial development of realizing the industrialization and urbanization. The next scores of years is the critical period whether Chinese urbanization can achieve decisive development. The realization of Chinese urbanization should choose a route with Chinese features.
