Constitution shows a set of rules, a series of views and a stable state. It can provide basic political sources therefore to effectively guarantee political stability. This function is reflected in the limit of the power to avoid its abuse, to deal with the contradiction in political conflict, to maintain plural social order and to avoid the autocracy in ideology etc.
