This paper particularly discusses the object and the nature of the study in literary history. Its object is the human literary activities and the process of its durable change from material to achievement, including the total sum of all the cultural elements influencing this process. Its nature is the route of change of human literary activities and the change from material to achievement narrated by the literary historians with their specific literary historic views and literary aesthetic judge as the center; this route describes various “join force” of pushing forward the development of literature, discusses the inside regular contacts.
