高校内外环境治安管理模式的思考

Thought of Public Security Management Mode of Outside-inside Surroundings of Higher Schools

当前高等学校校园内外环境治安管理模式存在着诸多不足 ,与形势发展有诸多矛盾。适应形势的需要 ,必须更新观念 ,对高校内外环境治安管理模式进行改革 ,构筑起内外结合、信息畅通、反映灵敏、防控有力的治安管理体系。

Now there exists much inefficiency in the public security management mode of outside-inside surroundings of higher schools, which is out of the line of the developing situation. In order to meet the needs of the situation, the ideology should be refreshed to make concerned reforms and to establish a powerful public security management system, which is flexible and fast responding.
