On Wealth Creation

在社会主义市场经济条件下 ,要创造更多的财富应力求做好以下工作 :首先 ,要完善保护私人财产的法律制度 ;其次 ,要健全生产要素自由流动的制度 ;第三要健全公平交易的市场制度 ;第四 ,建立能激励财富创造的分配制度。

Under the circumstances of the socialist market economy in order to create much more wealth,the following works must be done:first to complete the leagal system of protecting private property,then to perfect the system to do good to the free flowing of the produdtive essential factors,third to perfect the market system of the fair business,fourth to establish the legal system of urging wealth creation.
