Xu Teli's Early Thought about Vocation Education and its Present Values

20世纪初期,徐特立在《实业教育之我见》等早期教育文论中,已体现了其职业教育思想的萌芽。1930年以后,在江西中央苏区和延安革命根据地,他负责红色政权的教育工作,对初等、中等、高等职业教育,都有许多适应当时国情的办学思想和宝贵经验。这些思想和经验对我国当前大力发展职业技术教育仍有现实指导意义。

In the early period of the 20th century, in Xu Teli's work <My Opinion about Vocation Education> and other concerned papers, his thought about vocation education was already embodied. After 1930, he was in charge of education work in Jiangxi Central Soviet Area and Yanan Revolutionary Base Area, he still expressed his thought and experience about running primary, middle and higher vocation suitable for the condition then. Such thought and experience are still valuable for our present work in this respect.
