摘要
如何客观、公正、准确地对员工的效绩作出评价,发现他们个人能力的优势方面与发展需要,真正做到人职匹配,是当前人力资源管理与实践亟待探讨和解决的重要问题。360度反馈评价模式就是近些年来国外人力资源部门常用的一种个人效绩与职业发展评估工具。其理论基础是心理测量学中的真分数理论。真分数理论的基本思想是把测验和考核的得分,看作是由真分数和误差分的线性组合。
At present, human resources management and practices need urgently to solve the problems of how to make objective, fair, and accurate evaluations on the accomplishments of the working staff and how to encourage them to give full play so that they will be fit for the positions they hold. A popular way of evaluation used by human resources departments in other countries is the 360 degree evaluation or the comprehensive feedback evaluation. This approach is based on the proper fraction theory of psychometrics which regards the score of examinations and tests as the linear combination of proper fraction and error score.
