摘要 在抽油机的改造和设计中,希望有一套图形仿真软件来再现改造后或设计好的抽油机的运动情形。针对二维和三维动画设计的不同特点,分别提出了方便实用的画家画法和扫描法。用这两种方法设计的动画,画面形象逼真,运动连贯,无闪烁。利用提出的方法,开发了一套Turbo-Pascal动态图形仿真软件,在IBM-286微机上成功地对新型斜直井抽油机的运动作了动态图形仿真。该软件不仅能自动地对运动过程中重叠的部分进行消隐处理,使画面层次清晰;而且一旦某些部件发生相碰时,能自动发出警告,提请设计者修改原设计方案,从而为抽油机的改造和新型抽油机的设计带来很大的方便。 It is necessary to develop a graphic software for kinematically simulating the movement of a beam pumping unit designed or renovated. Two methods (the artist method and sweeping) for designing two or three dimensional dynamic graphics are presented. The graphs drawn with these methods prove excellent for their continuance in moving without flicker. A successful dynamic graphic simulation software of Turbo-Pascal is developed on IBM-286 microcomputer. It simulates the movement of a new type of beam pumping unit for slant-straight well satisfactorily. The software can not only eliminate the hidden lines in pictures but also give the signal when the elements of the beam pumping unit collides. The signal reminds designer to revise the old project. Then the project of renovating old beam pumping unit or designing a new type can be tested easily.
