摘要
本文从教学、科研第一线的角度对现行《广东省高等学校教育、科研人员高、中级专业技术资格条件》(以下简称《条件》)进行研究 ,以提高《条件》的科学性和可操作性。并通过对《条件》中若干欠合理条款的分析 。
This paper features a review and study of the established Guangdong Province Articles for Qualifying Senior and Up_intermediate Tertiary Institution Professionals for the hope of improving its rationality and applicability. Based on an analytical study of some of the irrational articles and clauses the authors have proposed a number of revisions.
