摘要 职位评价是薪酬管理中解决组织内岗位间相对公平性的主要工具。通过回顾国外职位评价的发展历史 ,分析常见的职位评价的应用方法 ,本文提出国内使用职位评价需注意的问题 。 Job Evaluation is a chief tool for achieving position equity in the management of an organization's payment. Byreviewing the development of overseas job evaluation, and analyzing the main methods applied in job evaluation, this paper discusses the problems in their application in China and expounds the necessity of launching researches into this field.
