石油基地城市化初探

Preliminary Search into the Urbanization of Petroleum Bases

论述了石油基地城市化的基本概念和类型。将石油城市划分出4个不同时期的发展阶段,并指出石油城市具有突发性、城市职能单一、功能分区难度大以及人口构成变化复杂等特点。同时阐述了石油基地城市化的发展趋势和规划目标,讨论了石油城市由单一产业形式向综合性产业形式的转变以及石油企业的转产、改造和管理体制等方面的问题。

Basic conception and types of urbanization of petroleum bases are presented in this paper. The process of urbanization experienced four different stages of development. The fundamental models for urbanizing petroleum bases are induced from our petroleum industry both yesterday and today. Petroleum cities are characterized by suddenly constructing, single function and complicated urban population, etc. The trends of their urbanization are predicted. Also, the reconstruction of petroleeum bases, transformation of outmoded petroleum enteprises and other problems related with urbanization are discussed.
