摘要
在阐述人力资源能力建设的涵义的基础上 ,分析了我国人力资源能力的现状 ,提出加快人力资源能力建设的几点对策。
On the basis of expounding the connotation of the development of human resources ability,the authors analyze the present condition of human resources ability in China and bring up a few counterplans in their development.
