本文提出 ,施工企业项目成本控制 ,是企业增加利润、扩大积累的主要途径 ,是工程项目管理的关键。因此要采取有效措施 ,从多个方面入手 ,加强对施工企业项目成本的控制 ,从而达到增加利润的目的。

This paper points out that control over project cost in construction enterprises is the main way for enterprises to increase profits and add to accumulation as well as a decisive move of project management.Thus effective measures must be taken in many aspects to strengthen the control over project cost of construction enterprises for the purposes of profit increase.
