在人类进入知识经济的时代 ,要提高高等教育的教学质量 ,必须深化教学改革 ,运用现代化的教育手段 ,立足于培养学生的创新能力和以学生全面发展为本的教育理念 ,树立与社会发展相适应的新的质量观。

When mankind entering the times of intelligent eco nomy,we must deepen teaching reform,use modern approaches of education,build the educatinal conception of cultivating students innovatory ability and all-rou nd development and establish the new quality view which is suited for social dev elopment if we want to raise teaching quality of higher education.
