摘要
大学生集群行为的频繁发生,已成为影响校园稳定乃至社会稳定的一个重要因素,也是当前高校学生工作中的热点和难点问题。本文分析了大学生集群行为的基本特征,并对如何正确认识、处理与预防大学生集群行为的发生提出了一些观点,以期在新形势下为进一步做好大学生工作、切实维护校园稳定提供一定的帮助。
The frequent occurrence of group behaviors among university students has become one of the major adverse factors that affect the stability of the campus and even of the society. It is also a focused and difficult problem in administration of students in today's higher education institutions. This paper makes an analysis of the main features of such behaviors, and offers some ideas as on how to understand, handle and prevent them, in expectation of fulfilling the ideological work successfully among university students in the new situation and helping secure the stability of the campus.
