摘要
高校人力资源管理中出现的管理理念未能与时俱进,人才观念的认识失误,人才的质量与数量达不到需求等问题影响了人力资源的开发和有效利用,因而正确树立人力资源理念、建立新型的人际关系、创造宽松的人文环境,加大人力资源的投入都是强化人力资源理念、开发人力资源的积极对策。
The human resources in higher educational schools have not been promoted and applied efficiently because of the oldfashioned managerial concept, the conceptual misunderstanding of human resources, the poor quality and shortage of human resources. So active measures should be taken to meet the demands. We should correct our notion of human resources, establish brand-new human relationships, create a relaxed atmosphere and invest more capital in it.
