摘要
在归纳现代安全管理特点的基础上,将故障树分析(FTA)方法应用于现代安全管理中。利用安全系统工程的事故预测技术,对可能出现的失效模式建立了FTA数学模型。将系统失效的原因与结果绘制成树形关系图,然后用数理统计的方法进行定性分析与定量计算。并应用FTA方法对高空作业人员坠落事故进行了计算分析,使故障问题简明形象,有利于指导安全生产和预测事故发生。
On the basis of concluding the characteristics of modern safety management, the suggestion applying the fault tree analysis (FTA) is proposed. The FTA mathematic model for possible faults is first established by using the failure predicting technique in safety system engineering. Drawn a tree-style relationship about the cause and effect of failure, then a qualitative and quantitat(?)e analysis will be made. Finally, a FTA example for higher operator is given.
