摘要
在分析钻速方程的基础上,提出了利用钻时录井资料计算钻头初始机械钻速V_0和机械钻速下降率φ的数学模型。运用该模型可以较方便地计算出完钻井各个层段钻头的V_0和φ值,从而为邻井钻井设计预测相应层段的钻头工作指标(即纯钻进时间、钻头进尺和每米进尺成本)和单只钻头钻井成本预算提供一种新方法。利用中原油田两口井的钻时录井资料检验了该方法预测钻头工作指标的可行性,其结果是令人满意的。
On the basis of analysing drilling rate equation, mathematical models by which drilling time log data are utilized to calculate the bit initial drilling speed, V_0, and the decrease rate of drilling speed, φ, are put forward. V_0 and φ at every layer of the drilled wells can be computed conveniently by means of these mathematical models, and this new method is established to forecast bit working indices (this is, drilling time, footage, and drilling cost per meter) of the adjacent strata and budget for single bit drilling cost The feasibility of this method to plan bit indices is examined through using two wells drilling time log data from Zhongyuan Oilfield. The results are very satisfactory.
