张家界市境内的森林公园、自然保护区具有十分优越的发展生态旅游的条件,要使这一世界级的自然旅游风景资源得以持续开发利用,发展生态旅游是惟一科学的选择。要着重强化可持续发展意识,制订生态旅游规划;强化生态环保意识,确保生态旅游资源持续开发利用;强化宣传教育功能与法制管理意识,建立健全生态旅游管理机制。

The resource conditions on developing eco - tourism of Zhangjiajie' forest park and natural reserve is superior. To sustainably develop the World - class natural tourism resource, developing eco - tourism is the only scientific choice.First,we have to strengthen the consciousness of sustainable development, prepare the eco- tourism planning.Second , we have to strenghen the consciousness of protecting our environment, insure eco - tourism resource can be sustainably developed and used. Third, we have to strengthen the consciousness of supervision by legal system, intensify education and publicize, establish and consummate administerial mechanism of eco - tourism.
