拜糖平配合磺脲类、二甲双胍治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病疗效观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的 :探讨拜糖平对磺脲类合并二甲双胍失效的 型糖尿病患者的血糖、血脂的影响。方法 :将 38例研究对象随机分为拜糖平组和对照组 ,分别观察各组不同时期血糖、血脂的变化。结果 :与对照组比 ,拜糖平组于治疗 6周时空腹血糖、餐后 1 h、2 h血糖已明显下降 ,1 2周后仍有下降趋势 ,尤以餐后 1 h、2 h血糖下降为著 ;拜糖平组甘油三酯亦显著下降。结论 :拜糖平可有效控制磺脲类合并二甲双胍失效的
