摘要
基于AlN在超导应用的低温实验基础上 ,报道上海硅酸盐研究所研制的AlN材料在低温 30K~ 1 6 0K温度范围的热导率 ,实验表明其热导率随温度增加而增大 ;并从低温微结构工程学角度来阐明它的传热机理与热分析。
Based on the experiment,it is reported that the thermal conductivity of AlN between 30 K and 160 K increases with the temperature increse within the experimental range of temperature.We evaluate the phonon mean free path of AlN.We provide the basic theory and experimental data applied to the superconductor conduction cooled system from the empirical design to the computation design.
