摘要
中国的西部盛产果蔬 ,在西部大开发中 ,特别在我国加入WTO后 ,应大力发展西部果蔬产业 ,这可以在拉动地区经济发展的同时、促使中国的高档果蔬走向国际市场。气调库的推广使用为这一产业的发展提供了条件。但如何保证果蔬贮藏质量、节约能源消耗值得我们进一步深入研究。本文结合西部地区的气候特点和气调技术发展现状提出西部地区果蔬气调库在设计、施工、运行管理方面应采取的措施 。
Fruits and vegetables abound in northwest China. It is necessary to develop fruits and vegetables industry during the developing of northwest China, especially after China joined WTO. It can promote regional economic prosperity as well as promote our high grade fruits and vegetables go into international market. The application and dissemination of Controlled Atmosphere Storage (CA) provides conditions for this. But it is still necessary for us to study hard about how to make sure the storage quality and save energy consumption so that CA is applied successfully in northwest China. On the base of climate condition of northwest China and the status of controlled atmosphere technology, the paper provides some suggestions in the design, installation and operation of CA so as to contrbute to the development of fruits and vegetable storage industry in northwest China.
