脉管制冷氮液化器性能实验研究

摘要 为了满足许多应用场合对少量低温液体的使用要求 ,将一台高性能的单级G M型脉管制冷机改造为一小型氮液化器 ,在不同工作模式下对液化系统的液化速率、降温和复温特性等进行了实验研究 ,给出了有意义的结果。 A small-scale cryogenic liquid is widely used in a lot of applications.A high-performance single-stage G-M pulse tube cooler was rebuilt into a nitrogen liquefier.The liquefaction rate,cool-down and warm-up characteristics of the liquefier operating under different modes were extensively investigated through experiment.
