摘要
长期以来人们一直以服务对象“状态”的变化来作为教育成果的计量基础,但这种核算方法可能会导致产出核算的理论缺陷和数据失真。本文针对当前教育产出的测算及评价提出了几点初步的看法。
It has been a long time since people used the changes of the 'situation' of target services as the basis to count the achievements of Education. This method, however, may make the results unreliable. The paper will bring out the ideas on evaluating the output value of Education.
