植物防护剂防蚴灵预防日本血吸虫感染的研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的 从麻风树籽的提取物中研究开发出一种具有良好防护效果的预防日本血吸虫感染的植物防护剂。方法 防蚴灵防护剂是以麻风树籽为原料 ,采取提取、浓缩和生物技术研制出的新型植物防护剂。并在实验室内进行了防蚴灵直接杀尾蚴试验、防止血吸虫尾蚴感染小白鼠实验与生物毒性试验 ;采用“双盲法”随机选择鄂州市芦洲村第 2组的 3 6人作为实验组 ,第 3组的 2 8人作为对照组 ,观察其现场预防人群感染血吸虫的防护效果。结果 防蚴灵防护剂防止血吸虫尾蚴感染小白鼠保护率为 10 0 % ;对大鼠急性经口、皮 L D50 雌、雄分别均大于 5 0 0 0 m g· kg- 1和 2 0 0 0 m g·kg- 1 。实验组与对照组人群感染率分别为 0、2 1.43 % ,现场预防保护率为 10 0 %。结论 防蚴灵杀血吸虫尾蚴效果好 ,显效时间快 ,持续时间长。防蚴灵的研制成功为控制血吸虫病流行提供了新武器 。 Objective To study the preparation of plant cercaricide Fangyouling and observe its cercaricidal effect in schistosomiasis control. Methods The preparation of the Fangyouling cercaricide derived from Jatropha curcas seed was developed in laboratory by means of biological technology. The test of Fangyouling directly killing schistosome cercariae, preventing mice from cercariae infection and the toxicity test were carried out in lab. Thirty-six cases in Luzhou Village Second Group were set as an experiment group while 28 cases in the Luzhou Village Third Group were selected as a control group. The experiment for Fangyouling preventing population from cercariae infection was performed by double-blind method in filed. Results The protective rate of Fangyouling to mice was 100%. LD 50 of Fangyouling to Wistar mice by mouth and skin were over 5000 mg·kg -1 and 2000 mg·kg -1 respectively. The infection rates were 0 and 21.43% in the experiment group and the control group respectively. The population protective rate of Fangyouling for Schistosoma infection was 100%. Conclusion The cercaricidal effect of Fangyouling was high, stable and durable.
