摘要
对焊接接头处出现的裂纹进行了金相分析,表明该部位在焊接过程中出现的魏氏组织在常规条件下是不可避免的,但是通过一些补救措施可以消除它的影响或将其影响降至最低程度,提出了环境温度的差异是造成焊接失败的因素.
The results of metallographical analysis of cracks in welding seams,show that widmanstatten structure is usually unavoidable in the welding process; however some meassures should be paid to welding failures can be taken to weliminate or minimize its influence,and attention about the easily neglected factor, that due to environment temperature change.
