摘要
目的 探讨溶液 p H对诱变剂 ICR- 170诱变日本血吸虫雌虫生殖腺的影响程度。方法 用 5种 p H值 ( p H7.2 - 8.0 )的 ICR- 170溶液处理日本血吸虫尾蚴 3 0 min或 45 m in后 ,经皮肤接种小鼠观察雌虫诱变率和成虫回收率。结果 溶液 p H值对 ICR- 170的诱变作用影响较大 ,诱变率随着溶液 p H值的上升而下降。10 μg/ m l45 m in组和 15 μg/ ml3 0 m in组在 p H7.2时的雌虫诱变率分别为 p H7.8时的 13倍和 6倍 ,当 p H>7.4时 ,2种浓度的 ICR- 170引起的诱变率基本接近。溶液p H值对于成虫回收率的影响程度远低于对诱变率的影响程度。结论 在诱变日本血吸虫雌虫生殖腺时 ,ICR- 170具有较强的 p
Objective To explore the effect of pH on the mutagenic potency of ICR-170 in the reproductive gland of female Schistosoma japonicum.Methods Mice of Kunming strain were infected with S.japonicum cercariae which were previously treated with acridine mutagen ICP-170 at various pH values(pH7.2-8.0) for 30 min or 45 min. Results The pH of the solution had significant effects on the mutagenic potency of ICR-170 in female S.japonicum. When the pH value increased from pH 7.2 to pH 8.0,the percent of mutation of female reproductive organs decreased. The highest mutagenic rate of ICR-170 occurred at pH 7.2,which was 13 times of that at pH 7.8 in the group of 10 μg/ml 45 min,6 times in the group of 15 μg/ml 30 min. However,pH value had lower effect on recovery of adult warms compared with mutagenicity. Conclusion The mutagenic potency of ICR-170 is strongly pH-dependent in the reproductive glands of female S.japonicum.
