摘要
探讨机械球磨Cu-15%Cr复合粉末经真空烧结后采用热静液挤压致密化的可能性.研究了机械球磨时间、烧结温度、保温时间和挤压温度等工艺参数对材料致密化的影响.结果表明,热静液挤压工艺可以有效的促进机械球磨复合粉末的致密,所获得的材料具有优异的组织性能.
The consolidation of mechanically milled Cu-15wt%Cr composite powders by hot hydrostatic extrusion following vacuum sintering were investigated. The effects of milling time, sintering temperature, sintering time and extrusion temperature on the density of composite were studied. The results show that Cu-15Crwt% composite mechanically milled can be densified by hot hydrostatic extrusion successfully and the extruded rods have good microstructures and properties.
