摘要
简要介绍了北京市第九水厂污泥处理工艺流程 ,小型、中型模拟工艺试验及生产运行情况。生产运行结果验证了模拟试验的结论。 2 0 0 2年 12月 ,九厂日均处理污泥量 1782 2m3,回收利用上清液 15 84 8m3/d ,可节约水资源费 16 18元 /10 0 0m3,相应污泥处理费用为 5 2 6元 /10 0 0m3。
In this paper the sludge treatment process at the 9th Waterworks in Beijing, including the bench scale and pilot plant experiments and full scale operation,was presented. The operation data proved the results of the experiments. In Dec. 2002, the average treated sludge was 17 822 cubic meters per day, with recycled supernatant fluid 15 848 cubic meters per day, which could save water resource expenses 16.18 RMB per thousand cubic meters of water , at the same time the sludge treatment expense was 5.26 RMB per thousand cubic meters of water.
