分析了常规灌浆加固既有建筑物地基方法的优缺点,提出了围封灌浆加固方法,就此方法进行了现场试验和实际工程应用检验。

In this article, authors analyze advantages and disadvantages of common grouting strengthening foundation of existed buildings methods, and provide the enclosure grouting strengthening method. They made on\|site tests and applied it in practical projects.
