认为在非典流行期间建筑集中空调系统的功能是起到抗击非典的辅助和保障的作用。指出空调设计应该考虑人的需求 ,营造“人”的空调而不是“建筑”的空调。对今年夏季在特殊情况下空调的运行管理提出建议。指出我国应尽快制订“大楼管理法”。

Opines that building central air conditioning systems during outbreak of SARS should play and only play an assistant role of safeguard against the disease. Points out that designers of air conditioning systems should put the occupants' demand prior to the building. Suggests on operation and maintenance of air conditioning under the special conditions in this summer. Appeals that the authorities should legislate in building management.
