摘要
医用降温服的研制与应用对于解决医护人员的防暑降温具有重要意义。介绍了潜热蓄热型医用降温服的降温原理 ,测试了蓄热相变材料的热性能 ,初步评估了降温服的使用效果。结果表明 :潜热蓄热型医用降温服所用相变材料相变温度在 2 5℃左右为宜 ;TH 2 7复合相变材料相变温度合适、潜热蓄热密度高、性能稳定、原料充足且价格低廉 ,适合用作医用降温服的潜热蓄热材料 ;医用降温服采用铠甲式设计 ,上置若干口袋 ,可根据热舒适要求灵活置放降温袋 ,使用简便 ,具有良好的降温效果和热舒适感觉。
Special vest for medical garment with function of absorbing the body-released heatcan be of great importance to prevent heatstroke. Studies the design principle of this kind of vest and its thermal performance. Evaluates experimentally the thermal comfort sense of person wearing such vests . The results show that the melting temperature of phase change material (PCM) used in the vests should be around 25 ℃, that TH-27 PCM is of suitable melting temperature, large heat of fusion, stability, sufficient raw material and cheap costs, and that the vest style with small bags containing PCM is convenient to use and is effective in keeping relatively good thermal comfort sense.
