对国有破产企业土地处置情况的调查和思考

Investigation and Pondering of the Disposal of Land by State-owned Bankrupt Enterprises

作者对国有企业改革进行社会调查,并选择典型的国有破产企业及其相关管理部门作为重点调查,对破产国有企业的土地处置过程中存在的一些问题进行了分析,提出了政府部门关于加强对国有破产企业土地资源再配置和资产再分配的系列改革建议,对于国内其他城市的国有资产监督管理及老工业基地的城市改造等实际工作具有相当的借鉴意义。

The authors engaged in social practice about the state-owned enterprise reformation in Chongqing and some typical state-owned bankrupt enterprises and their relevant management departments were selected as key object of investigation and interview. The authors made a systematic study of some problems existed during the disposal of land by the bankrupt enterprises and put forward several specific proposals and suggestions. The problems and suggestions are of high value for reference and practice to government's decisions and practical work, such as state enterprise reform in other cities, especially in old industrial bases, supervision and management of state-owned assets and the reform of old industrial bases.
