Influence of Network Technology on Conventional Real Estate Brokerage

针对网络技术和房地产经纪业各自的特点,阐述网络技术的应用改变了经纪机构处理信息的方式、有助于经纪机构连锁化和规模化发展,从而对传统房地产经纪业的发展起到积极的推动作用;列举并分析网络技术的应用给传统房地产经纪业带来的冲击———竞争加剧、供求隔膜被打破、信息无偿性和透明化。分析我国房地产经纪业的发展现状,提出传统经纪业应当采取积极利用网络技术、加速建立信息共享机制、强化专业优势、加强契约管理、变革收费方式等应对措施。

Both network technology and real estate brokerage have own characteristics. The development and application of network technology will promote the development of conventional real estate brokerage. On the other hand, application of new technology becomes a powerful challenge to this profession. Based on this background, this paper analyzes the current situation of conventional real estate brokerage in China and puts forward some measures to promote its development more effectively.
