人工龋形成的电化学机理研究

摘要 目的 :研究人工龋形成的电化学腐蚀机理。方法 :采用循环伏安法、失重法观察牙片在K2 SO4 溶液中的氧化还原行为及在KCl和K2 SO4 介质中恒电位腐蚀情况 ,并监测电解液氢离子浓度的变化情况。结果 :在 0 .0V~2 .5V电位范围内 ,牙片电极与石墨电极具有波形相似的循环伏安曲线 ;在KCl和K2 SO4 介质中牙片的腐蚀速度无显著差异 ;2 .0V恒电位腐蚀牙片 8h后 ,阳极池本体溶液pH值为 3 .87,阴极池pH值为 10 .65。结论 :在外电场作用下 ,牙片的阳极腐蚀与介质无关 ; Objective:To investigate the corrosion mechanism of the model of the electrochemical artificial dental caries.Methods:The corrosion behaviors of tooth section electrode in K 2.SO 4 and KCL solutions were observed with Cyclic voltammetry,the method of Weight loss and measuring the pH of electrolytes.The data of corrosion rate of tooth section electrodes are analyzed by SPSS software.Results:At the range of 0.0V~2.5V,tooth section electrode and graphitic electrode are of the similar wave-shaped curves;the corrosion rate of the tooth section in KCl and K 2SO 4 solutions is of no significant difference;after the tooth section being corroded for 8hrs at the potential of 2.0V,the pH of the base solution in anodic pool was 3.87 and the pH was 10.65 in cathodic pool.Conclusions:Under the situation of added potential,the anodic corrosion of tooth section is no related to electrolytes;The tooth section solutes in acid solution,which is the main decisive factor of formation of electrochemical artificial dental caries.
