摘要
目的 :通过建立Ⅰ形杆卡的计算机模型 ,采用三维有限元方法分析I形杆卡的水平部分、垂直部分和弯曲部分的应力分布和硬度值。方法 :采用每单位元 8结点分析法建立Ⅰ形杆卡的三维有限元模型 ,在距卡环尖 2mm处施加 5N的颊向载荷后 ,测量选择不同的卡环尖的宽度 (W) ,卡环尖的厚度 (T) ,弯曲部分的曲率半径 (R) ,卡环尖与水平部分的垂直距离 (V)以及基底部和垂直部分底水平距离 (H)时 ,各个部分的应力分布和硬度值。结果 :当W、T、R增加或H、V降低时卡环的硬度值增加 ,应力分布减小。结论
Objective:To establish a three-dimensional finite element model method of I-bar clasp and clarify the effect of the shape on the stress and stiffness of I-bar clasp.Methods:Three dimensional computer models of I bar clasp were constructed using solid-eight node brick elements ,the I-bar clasp with six varying parameters:width of the clasp tip(W),thickness of the clasp tip(T) ,radius of curvature(R), vertical dimension between the tip and the horizontal axis(V),horizontal distance between the base and vertical axis(H). Stiffness and stress were calculated with concentrated load 5N applied 2mm from the tip of the clasp to the buccal direction.Results:The stress and stiffness for each clasp viewed and displayed. As W?T?R increased and H and V decreased, stiffness increased and stress decreased.Conclusions:This results revealed that there were significant relationship between the clasp shape dimension and both stiffness and stress.
