矿粉-水泥体系颗粒分布与其流动性的关系 被引量:4

摘要 将不同颗粒群分布的矿粉与水泥按一定比例混合,探讨了该体系颗粒群特征参数与其净浆标准稠度用水量和胶砂流动度的关系.发现:按R R分布描述颗粒群特征时,均匀性系数与特征粒径的乘积值和其净浆标准稠度用水量、胶砂流动度有较好的相关性.当均匀性系数与特征粒径的乘积值在一定范围内时,净浆标准稠度用水量、胶砂流动度较为理想. In this paper, a study of the relationship between characteristic parameters of fine powder which consists of cement and slag in a certain proportion and water content of pastes at standard consistency, fluidity of mortars was made. It is found that described by RosinRammler distribution, the product value of homogeneous coefficient and characteristic diameter is well interrelated with water content of pastes at standard consistency and fluidity of mortars. Water content of pastes of standard consistency will be lower and fluidity of mortars will be higher when the product value of homogeneous coefficient and characteristic diameter is suitable.
