摘要
在分析了钢纤维混凝土窨井盖使用过程中可能出现的各种情况的基础上,提出了钢纤维混凝土窨井盖的3种使用等级.着重分析了特重交通等级道路上井盖的受力特点,依此对井盖进行疲劳试验、静力承载试验和耐久性的研究,并提出了评定指标.研究表明:钢纤维混凝土窨井盖承载能力强、使用寿命长、耐久性好.
On basis of analysis of various possible cases in using steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC) manhole top, this paper presents three application grades of SFRC manhole top. Analysis also emphasizes on the mechanical property of SFRC manhole top used in the special heavy traffic road, and fatigue test, static loading test and durability test of SFRC manhole top. The assessing indicators were also given. The test results show that SFRC manhole top has a large loading capability with long service life and good durability.
