摘要 目的 研究CyclinE蛋白表达与胃癌发生、发展、组织学类型及浸润转移的关系。方法 采用免疫组化S -P法分别检测胃癌及正常胃黏膜中CyclinE蛋白表达情况。结果 CyclinE蛋白在胃癌中表达 5 5 % (35 / 6 4 ) ,与正常胃黏膜组织 (0 % ,0 / 0 )相比差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。CyclinE蛋白表达与组织病理分化程度无明显关系 ;伴淋巴结转移与无淋巴结转移者 ,CyclinE阳性表达率差异有显著性。黏膜及黏膜下层与肌层及浆膜层浸润CyclinE阳性表达率差异有显著性 ,临床分期中Ⅰ、Ⅱ期与Ⅲ、Ⅳ期比较 ,CyclinE阳性表达率差异有显著性。结论  (1 )CyclinE蛋白与胃癌的发生、发展相关。 (2 )CyclinE蛋白阳性表达与淋巴结转移。 Objective To investigate the relationship between expression of CyclinE protein and carcinogenesis, development,histological type, depth of invasion,lymphnode metastasis of gastric carcinoma. Methods The expression of CyclinE protein was examined by S-P cojugated method in gastric carcinoma and normal gastric mucosas, respectively. Results The positive rate of CyclinE protein expression was 55%(35/64) in gastric cancers which showed a significant difference from those of normal gastric mucosa. Expression of CyclinE protein was not related to histologic type. Frequency of CyclinE protein positive expression in gastric cancers with lymphnode metastasis was significantly higher than that without lymphnode metastasis (P<0.05). There was significant relationship between CyclinE protein positive expression and depth of invasion.The frequency of CyclinE protein positive expression in clinical stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ were significantly lower than that in stage Ⅲ,Ⅳ. Conclusion CyclinE might be related to the carcinogenesis and developement of gastric carcinoma, and it might be related to lymphnode metastasis and depth of invasion and clinical stage in gastric carcinoma.
