摘要
目的 观察甲壳低聚糖对NOD小鼠降血糖作用。方法 对NOD小鼠测血糖值 ,分成高血糖组 (Ⅰ )和低血糖组 (Ⅱ )。对Ⅰ、Ⅱ又分别随机分成对照组Ⅰ - 1、Ⅱ - 1和治疗组Ⅰ - 2、Ⅱ - 2 ,治疗组用 3%甲壳低聚糖作饮用水 ,对照组用冷开水作饮用水 ,连续 1 5周 ,定期测定各组血糖值。结果 治疗组Ⅰ - 2有 5 8%降血糖作用显著 ,4 2 %降血糖有效 ,血糖较长时间得到控制 ,寿命延长 ,治疗组Ⅱ - 2血糖未见升高。对照组Ⅰ - 1寿命很短 ,对照组Ⅱ - 1陆续出现高血糖。结论 甲壳低聚糖对NOD小鼠高血糖有治疗作用和控制血糖作用 。
Objective To investigate the effects of chitooligosaccharides on blood glucose in NOD mice. Methods The NOD mice were divided into two groups according to their blood glucose: group Ⅰ (hyperglycaemia group),group Ⅱ (hypoglycemia group). Then, the group Ⅰ and Ⅱ were divided into the control groups Ⅰ-1?Ⅱ-1 and the treated groups Ⅰ-2?Ⅱ-2 randomly. The control groups and the treated groups received cool water or 3% chitooligosaccharides as drinking water for 15 weeks respectively. Results In the group Ⅱ-2, the blood glucose of these mice were controlled long time and their life-span were prolonged. There were 58% mice whose blood glucose were markedly decreased and were 42% mice whose blood glucose were availably decreased. The life-span of the group Ⅰ-1 were very short. The mice of the group Ⅱ-1 appear hyperglycaemia in succession. Conclusion It was indicated that chitooligosaccharides not only have the treating and control effects on the hyperglycaemia of NOD mice but also can prolong their life-span.
