急性心肌梗塞患者血清肌钙蛋白I和肌酸激酶同功酶Ⅱ分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨血清肌酸激酶同工酶Ⅱ (CK -MB)和血清肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)对急性心肌梗塞(AMI)早期诊断的价值。方法 用化学发光免疫分析法对 60例AMI和 80例正常对照组血清进行检测。结果 AMI病人血清CK -MB和cTnI明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,但 60例AMI组中血清cT nI高于参考值的人数 (5 2例 )多于血清CK -MB高于参考值的人数 (4 6例 )。结论 早期诊断AMI时 ,血清cTnI和CK -MB的检测有临床意义 ,但cTnI检测目前在临床上可以逐步取代血清CK
