21世纪西安市水资源可持续利用对策

Countermeasures of sustainable utilization of water resources in the 21^(st) century for Xi'an city

随着西部大开发战略的实施 ,面对西安市人口、资源、环境的巨大压力 ,水资源的开发及可持续利用将是人们探求的焦点。本文通过对西安市水资源现状和存在的问题进行分析 ,提出了水资源可持续利用的对策 。

With the great western development strategy put into effect and the huge pressure in population,resources and environment faced in Xi'an, it will become the key point which people search for to exploit water resources and make sustainable use of them.In this paper the present status of water resources and the existing problems are analyzed firstly, and then some countermeasures to make sustainable use of water resources are suggested in order that our city national economy can have the sustainable and coordinated development.
