摘要
对监理工程师在地方中小型水利水电工程建设投资控制过程中所遇到的问题进行了探讨 ,简要分析了影响投资控制的因素 。
This paper discusses the problems of investment control which have encounted by consulting engineer, analyzes the factors which effects investment control and poses advice of realizing cost control.
